• In connection with our residential property management and leasing services, we maintain resident portals on our Website for each property, in relation to which we collect certain personal information from you for the purposes of facilitating your access to the portal, and we collect and use any personal information you may enter via the portal for the purpose of (a) administering the portal, and (b) responding to your queries submitted via the portal; and
• In connection with our administration of Below Market Rental accommodations and Moderate Income Rental Housing programs, we collect and use certain personal information, including financial and family information, for the purpose of considering submitted applications.
• Automated collection of information: We may automatically collect some non-personal information about your visit to our Website, such as your IP address, the type of Internet browser you are using, or the website from which you linked to our Website (e.g. a search engine website such as Google or Bing). • To the extent not listed here, we may collect and use your personal information for purposes that we will explain to you at the time of collecting your personal information, and for which we will seek your consent.

Sharing Your Personal Information

• We allow individuals to register on through our Website to receive certain residential or commercial services. This information is shared with third parties who manage the underlying platforms for the purposes of providing the services to you;
• We offer individuals the opportunity tosubscribe to our online newsletter by opting-in via the subscription form foundon our Website. This information isshared with and hosted by a third-party contractor for the purposes of sendingour newsletter to you. You may opt out at any time;

We use technical and administrative safeguards to protect personal information.  Access to personal information is limited to those employees and contractors who need access to carry out the purposes for which the information was collected and otherwise as described in this Privacy Policy. All Personal Information is securely stored with access to data strictly controlled. We ensure our employees are trained and our service providers protect personal information with appropriate security safeguards.

No data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to use reasonable precautions to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
