As President of Warrington PCI, Adam is actively involved in all aspects of the company including maintaining strong client relations, developing new business and constantly looking at ways to enhance property management, strata management and leasing services. Adam has established long-term working relationships with national and regional tenants, leading brokers, and contractors throughout Western Canada. Adam is involved in overseeing the management and leasing of WPM’s portfolio which includes retail, office, industrial, multi-family, strata and marine properties. Adam holds a bachelor’s degree with Honors in Technology Management from BCIT and a diploma in Marketing Management from BCIT. Prior to joining Warrington PCI Management, Adam worked in senior management and sales management positions for leading technology companies over 11 years.
Senior Vice President, Property Management
Lorna joined WPM in 2017 and brings over thirty years of property management experience. She has experience managing various types of retail and office real estate, including strip centres, mixed use centres, enclosed shopping centres, downtown retail and office buildings, community centres and suburban office buildings. In recent years Lorna was located in Asia, primarily Shanghai, PRC, Seoul, South Korea and Hong Kong where she played a vital role in the development of management and operation procedures for mixed use projects in China, South Korea and Macau. Lorna holds her Certified Shopping Centre Manager designation from the International Council of Shopping Centres. Lorna will oversee the strategic property management and operations for all the WPM managed properties.

Mackenzie oversees the accounting team at Warrington PCI Management. This includes the strategic direction and oversight of corporate accounting, operational accounting, and treasury. Mackenzie brings over 15 years of accounting and finance experience specializing in the real estate industry. Mackenzie is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
Executive Vice President, Property Management & Operations
Dale’s 45-year real estate career has spanned private and public markets, cross-cutting appraisal, asset, development and property management. Along with Stephen Duyvewaardt, Dale founded SDM Realty Advisors in 1994, building it into one that manages office, retail and industrial assets owned by clients based in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia. Dale is focused on the management of relationships with clients, the delivery of responsive service and ensuring a complete and total understanding of all aspects of the portfolio. He holds two degrees specializing in real estate: a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC and a Master of Science from MIT.
Executive Vice President, Leasing
As a founding principal of SDM Realty Advisors with Dale Mumford in 1994, Stephen focuses on all leasing aspects of the company’s portfolio with a deep knowledge of office, industrial and retail leasing. Stephen brings 37 years of experience to this role and has completed over 10m square feet of transactions during his career. Stephen is also actively involved with business development playing a key role in building a management portfolio of over 7.5m sf of office, industrial and retail assets. Stephen has a deep understanding of all facets of the leasing process with a particular strength in structuring and negotiating complex transactions and the associated documentation. Stephen holds a BComm from UBC specializing in Urban Land Economics. Stephen has been actively involved in the commercial real estate business since 1984.
Ian joined SDM in 2000 and has 28 years of experience in the real estate industry covering corporate, development and property management. Ian leads a large team of accountants to provide accurate and timely reporting to clients. Flexibility in reporting has been a keystone in meeting the needs of the various types of clients, from small family operations to large international property owners. Multiple accounting systems as required by clients are used to accomplish the reporting. Ian and his team work with many different audit firms to complete the building and operating expense audits for the properties. Ian holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan.
Vice President, Property Management | Associate Broker
Chris is a graduate of Carleton University in Ottawa and the Sauder School of Business at UBC and is licensed as an Associate Broker, Strata Manager, Rental Property Manager, and Real Estate Salesperson by the Real Estate Council of British Columbia. Since joining Warrington PCI in 2008, Chris has managed a large commercial portfolio, worked closely with PCI on multiple development projects, and overseen WPM’s strata division.
Vice President, Property Management
Laura has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1999 and over the past 22 years in the industry, she has been involved in office, retail, industrial, commercial strata and residential rental. She oversaw the successful commissioning and tenanting of PCI’s award-winning mixed-use developments Cross Roads and Marine Gateway. Laura has a keen interest in leadership, new construction, sustainability initiatives, accessibility and ensuring service excellence is top of mind.

John has over 35 years of commercial leasing, development and acquisitions experience. John has represented both landlords and tenants in identifying and securing real estate opportunities across Canada and in the U.S. John leads WPM’s retail leasing team and is personally active in retail leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions for institutional and private owners throughout Western Canada. John is focused on project assessment, negotiating agreements and creating value for our clients. John has earned the designations of Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) and Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Paul has over 25 years of experience in maintenance, engineering and facilities management with a focus on the safe and efficient operation of all our properties. Paul supports our Property Managers in the leadership of a skilled team of onsite Building Operators with a commitment to environmental sustainability and the constant improvement of our managed properties for the benefit of our clients, our tenants and the public.
PCP, Manager, Human Resources & Administration
Kai assists management with day to day human resources functions and ensures the office is running smoothly. Prior to Warrington, Kai counseled managers in BC, ON, and MB as a Human Resources Generalist.
Kai holds a Bachelors of Commerce, specializing in Human Resources Management, from the University of British Columbia and is currently a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP).
David is an expert in the commercial real estate industry with over 30 years of experience. Prior to becoming a partner in WPM over 15 years ago, David served as vice president for one of Canada’s largest national real estate pension fund advisors, where he was responsible for a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, retail and medical buildings. At WPM, David is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the property management team and is directly involved in all client portfolios. David is a member of several industry associations, including NAIOP and BOMA, and was previously President of DVBIA (Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association).

Amy joined Warrington PCI Management in 2021 and brings over 15 years of accounting and financial experience with 8+ years managerial experience in the real estate industry. At WPM, she provides day-to-day financial guidance and oversight to her property accounting team and client portfolio of properties (retail, office and industrial). Amy obtained her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation in 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.

Aaron manages the financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial, retail, industrial and strata properties. He provides guidance, growth and development opportunities to the team of property accountants that he supervises. Aaron brought his expertise in accounting system administration and implementation to Warrington in 2019.
Edward joined Warrington PCI in 2016 and has 20 years of experience specializing in commercial property accounting. Edward brings his financial knowledge and analytical skills to the team. Edward’s primary focus is to provide cash and management reporting to the client. He also provides his team with the day to day accounting, budgeting, and account analysis.
Tom is the General Manager of Telus Garden, a Triple A LEED platinum office tower in Vancouver. He holds an MBA from McMaster University, has his LEED Associate Certification from the USGBC and is licensed as a Rental Property Manager by the RECBC. Tom has 23 years’ experience in commercial property management, has a strong operations background and is passionate about providing the highest level of customer service to ownership and tenants. Tom joined Warrington in 2019.

David Basford is the property manager for the Royal Centre complex. An experienced commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of Industry experience including 12 years of managing retail, office and industrial properties for a number of major real estate companies. David ‘strong industry knowledge, organizational skills, honest ethical and professional approach allows him to stay in control of his busy role, and ensure all tenants receive the highest level of service expected at Royal Centre.

Deryk joined Warrington PCI Management in 2009 and has over 29 years of experience in property management and commercial leasing. He currently manages various retail and office properties in the Lower Mainland.

Brandi joins us with over 10 years of experience in residential property management. Brandi has always had a passion for real estate and has had successful experience maintaining low vacancy rates within her portfolio. Mark is the General Manager of Cottonwood Mall and other retail properties. He has a BBA from Simon Fraser specializing in Accounting & Finance. Mark brings a diversified background, with 9 years’ experience in industrial and construction supply, and 11 years’ in retail property management which includes being a key member of the management team for the 3 largest shopping centres in BC including Park Royal.

Brian joined Warrington PCI Management in 2017 after 8 years in Strata Management. Prior to that Brian spent 8 years in a variety of leadership positions with a global provider of outsourcing services, specializing in technical, customer service, and sales support. Brian’s current portfolio includes strata, residential rentals, and a variety of commercial properties.

Karin graduated from BCIT with a diploma in Marketing Management and is licensed as a Rental Property Manager. Karin joined Warrington PCI Management in 2012, bringing with her 14 years of property management experience with retail, office and industrial properties. Karin’s current portfolio includes retail, medical and office properties in the Lower Mainland.
Peter joined Warrington PCI Management in 2021, having 10 years previous experience in Strata Management. Additionally, Peter holds a UBC Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management. Peter‘s current portfolio includes the first two residential towers at King George Hub in Surrey developed by our partner, PCI Developments.
Pamela joined Warrington PCI Management in 2018 and is a graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business. She is licensed as a Rental Property Manager by the RECBC. Prior to joining Warrington PCI Management, Pamela managed multiple area office locations in the co-working industry. Pamela’s current portfolio is a diversity of residential rental, commercial, industrial, office, and mixed-use properties.

Philip manages a mixed portfolio of strata properties which include retail, office and residential buildings. Before joining Warrington PCI, Philip ran his own company for over 10 years. Philip brings to his position extensive experience in business management and a diverse range of business skills. Philip is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, which serves as an important communication tool with his clients.
Adriano holds an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Global Leadership from Fairleigh Dickinson University, he is licensed both as a Rental Property Manager and Strata Manager. Adriano joined Warrington PCI Management in 2019 after 13 years as a Fleet Manager and further experience in the facilities and property management industry. Adriano’s portfolio includes retail and office properties in the Lower Mainland.

Sanjay is an integral part of WPM’s leasing team as he represents Landlords and Tenants in Lease negotiation and analysis. Sanjay specializes in retail and office leasing activities within Warrington’s portfolio for institutional and private owners, and is focused on maintaining his relationships by adding value for his clients and developing business by providing excellent service and real estate expertise.

Rumelda Trudeau joined Warrington PCI Management in 2017. She holds a Paralegal Certificate from VCC and a Commerce and Business Administration Certificate from UBC. Her work experience of 25+ years includes a wealth of first hand experience in the legal field which includes many years with leading real estate law firms and national retailers. Her responsibilities include drafting and negotiating leases and lease related documents while focusing on building strong client relationships. She has a true passion to bring positive influence, improve systems and increase productivity. She likes to discover new places and enjoys a healthy obsession with traveling.
