Warrington PCI Management is a Vancouver-based company licensed under the Real Estate Act of British Columbia to conduct all facets of real estate management, leasing, investment, sales and consulting.
Warrington PCI Management was formed in March of 2005 through the merger of the Warrington Property Group Inc. and PCI Realty Corp.

The Warrington Property Group Inc. was established in 1992 by David Coon, later joined by Dave Spear as an active partner in 1998. The PCI Group, including PCI Realty Corp., the property management entity, and PCI Developments Corp., the development company, was established 1982 by Andrew Grant.

Combined, we currently manage and lease a portfolio in excess of 6.7M square feet comprised of office, retail, industrial and residential income producing properties.

The value of these assets exceed $1B. Clients include both institutional and private investors from around the world.
